By using our services, you agree to:
- Comply with all terms and conditions stated herein

- Have the legal authority to enter into binding contracts
- Provide accurate and truthful information
2. Services Provided
Per Nefer PMS provides:
- Booking and contract management
- Unit and property tracking
- Integrated financial management
- Reports and analytics
- Multi-platform applications (desktop, web, mobile)
- Cloud synchronization

4. Payment and Billing
- Prices are in UAE Dirhams (AED) and exclude taxes
- Invoices are monthly or annual as selected
- Auto-renewal unless cancelled
- Payment methods: Credit cards, bank transfer
- No refunds for used periods
5. Your Account
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials
- You are responsible for all activities under your account
- You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use
- Account sharing with external parties is prohibited
6. Acceptable Use
You may not use the system for:
- ❌ Any illegal activity
- ❌ Violating others' rights
- ❌ Attempting to hack or disrupt the system
- ❌ Distributing malware
- ❌ Reselling the service without permission
- ❌ Harvesting other users' data
7. Intellectual Property
- Per Nefer PMS and all its content is owned by Nefer Tech LLC
- You may not copy, modify, or distribute the system
- Trademarks and logos are protected
- Your data remains your property
8. Disclaimer
The service is provided "as is" without express or implied warranties. We do not guarantee:
- Continuous, uninterrupted service availability
- Error-free service
- Specific results from using the service
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- We are not liable for indirect or incidental damages
- Our liability does not exceed amounts paid in the last 12 months
- We are not responsible for data loss due to user error
10. Service Termination
- You can cancel your subscription at any time
- We may suspend or terminate your account for violating terms
- Upon termination, you lose access and data may be deleted after 30 days
11. Modifications
We may modify these terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes 30 days before they take effect.
12. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes shall be referred to the courts of the Emirate of Sharjah.
